Barre à Terre
(taught by Elena Vakalopoulou)
It is aimed at adults regardless of level.
Barre à terre is an exercise method based on classical and contemporary dance techniques. It began with the need for dancers to overcome minor injuries and improve their technique (openings, en dehors, bends, etc.).
It then evolved into a system that helps us get to know our bodies and discover our physical capabilities. It reveals our personal ability to move and illuminates the way we perceive the mechanism of our body. It is a lesson that trains in a safe way, combines exercise, relaxation, breathing and gives well-being. It is supported by Elena's rich musical choices.
Someone can also do it online via ZOOM.
